Who we are

Yours Robotics develops and deploys autonomous interactive robots for physical environments. We are dual-headquartered in China and Singapore, and operate across China, Japan and Singapore.

Information you provide

We receive personal information when you choose to send it to us, through:

the contact form on this website;
the CES enquiry form on this website;
direct correspondence with us, such as email.

That information is limited to the fields shown on the form — typically your name, work email, organisation, and whatever you choose to write in the message.

When you submit a form, what you entered is stored in a database on the server that hosts this website, and a copy is sent by email to the mailbox we monitor so that we can reply. The stored record holds the fields you filled in, the date and time, which of the two forms you used, and the language you were reading the site in. It does not hold your IP address.

To limit automated abuse, a one-way fingerprint of the network address a submission came from is kept separately for a short period. It is salted with a secret held only on the server, cannot be turned back into an address, is never attached to your enquiry, and is deleted within 24 hours.

Information the website generates

This site is deliberately simple. Specifically:

It sets no cookies — none, for any purpose. There is therefore no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
It runs no analytics, advertising pixels, session recording or fingerprinting, and loads no third-party scripts. Fonts, images and code are served from this site.
It stores your language choice in your browser's local storage, so the site does not reset to English on your next visit. This is written only when you use the language selector, and never leaves your browser.
On a first visit, it makes one request to a third-party service that returns only the two-letter country your connection appears to come from, used solely to choose an initial language. No finer location is requested, and this site does not store your IP address. The result may be held for your current browsing session so the lookup is not repeated.

Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs for security and operational purposes, as is ordinary for any website.

Why we use it

We use personal information only to:

respond to your enquiry;
arrange a meeting you have asked for;
provide information you have requested;
operate, maintain and secure this website;
comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not use enquiry details for marketing without a separate, clearly given consent, and submitting a form does not subscribe you to anything.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. It may be processed by service providers that support this website and our correspondence, where necessary for the purposes above, and may be disclosed where required by law.

International processing

We operate internationally. Information may be processed in jurisdictions where Yours Robotics or our service providers operate, subject to applicable requirements.

How long we keep it

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including applicable legal, accounting and operational requirements.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights in relation to your personal information, such as access, correction or deletion. To make a request or ask a privacy question, please contact us.
