The robot

An autonomous mobile robot built for public space

One platform: it navigates real ground on its own, senses what is around it, works with the people it meets, and carries whatever the task requires. What changes between deployments is the configuration — not the machine.

Capability

What it can do, and what that makes possible

Autonomous navigation

The robot maps a site once, then runs it unaided. It handles slopes, kerbs, thresholds and changing floor surfaces, indoors and out, and re-plans its route when the environment changes — which in a working venue it does constantly. Climate control and an outdoor-rated drivetrain mean the same machine works on a polished mall floor and on the forecourt outside it.

Perception and safety

Sensor fusion keeps a continuous picture of the space around the robot, so it slows, steers around and stops for people, queues, trolleys and obstacles. Predictable behaviour around the public is a design requirement, not a setting.

Interaction, powered by Stellar Engine

Stellar Engine combines conversational AI agents, content and configured workflows, so the robot does more than display information. It can start an exchange, understand what is being asked, answer, guide, recommend — and carry the interaction through to a useful next action.

Configurable modules

The payload area is configurable. The same robot can guide visitors in the morning and carry stock in the evening, so a new programme usually means a new configuration rather than new hardware.

Automatic charging and scheduled operation

The robot returns to charge and resumes on its own, so a fleet can hold a daily schedule across opening hours without anyone driving it.

Fleet management and remote operations

One place to manage routes, schedules, content, status and activity across every robot on a site and across sites. Robots report remotely and take software updates over the air, so a fix or an improvement reaches a deployed fleet without a site visit.

Privacy by design

Where the robot uses computer vision, data is processed and anonymised at the edge. The system is built to report what happened without identifying who it happened to.

How a site goes live

Site assessment and mapping

We walk the site, agree the routes and operating hours, and build the map the fleet will run on.

Configuration

Modules, interface, content and schedule are set up for what the deployment is actually for.

Launch and support

The fleet goes live with your team briefed, and is monitored and updated remotely from then on.
